China & Me & Confusion essays

China and Me and Confusion papers The day after the American plane shelled the Chinese international safe haven in Yugoslavia, our center educator took one entire period disclosing to us how awful the United States was, and how we ought to never bow down to them. Each understudy in my group including myself was incensed. One year after, the catastrophe was written in our course book. I read the section about the evilness of the United States to my uncle with outrage and nationalism on the telephone. He didn't utter a word, just murmured. That year, he was in America. A couple of years after the fact, I was in Canada, a totally unique world that turned my convictions totally agitated down, and put me into absolute disarray. Living in Canada has made me take a gander at the world from an alternate point of view. Revolutionary History Essay

Somewhere in the range of 1765 and 1788, the insurgency that built up the United States of America unfolded. This upheaval emerged, in light of the fact that the intensity of the British Parliament to legitimately force burdens on the American states was questioned by the last mentioned. This transformation brought about the foundation of an enormous republic and served to refute the hypothesis of political scholars that republicanism couldn't administer over a nation that was huge. As such the state and government constitutions that were embraced in the period from 1776 to 1788, spoke to the chief political desires of that age. Another impact of this changeless republicanism was that governments got out of date over some stretch of time (American Revolution. The Crystal Reference Encyclopedia. CredoReference). This upheaval, which was vote based in nature, built up the rule of equivalent rights in the US. This was expected in incredible measure to the endeavors of ranchers and craftsmans. The degree to which these individuals supported opportunity can be assessed from the way that they assumed control over the reins of government in the conditions of Pennsylvania and Vermont. In this manner, in 1777, these states disassociated themselves from New York, so as to execute establishments that were essentially popularity based. In addition, social change was induced by this transformation, in as much as subjection was changed into a political and good issue from what had been an entrenched reality. In the Northern states bondage got wiped out and in northern part of the South, the quantity of blacks who were no longer slaves expanded drastically (American Revolution. The Crystal Reference Encyclopedia. Along these lines, the white collar classes took an interest in this revolt. The National Assembly replaced the Estates †General and it distributed the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen. After this the regular workers of Paris assumed responsibility for the Bastille in July 1789. In 1791, the imperial family was imprisoned for making arrangements to organize a counter unrest. The countries of Europe got disrupted because of these improvements in France and this brought about the French Revolutionary Wars. In 1793, King Louis XVI was beheaded by methods for the guillotine. The presence of different political groups brought about the Terror, which kept going from 1793 to 1794. During this period, around 200,000 individuals were confined and around fifteen thousand individuals were executed (French Revolution. Andromeda Encyclopedic Dictionary of World History. CredoReference). The French Revolution, which began in the 1789, finished the government that had been in presence for a thousand years. After the King had been dismissed, the legislature was constrained by Robespierre and others of his kind. They executed countless individuals and thusly released impressive dread. Along these lines, Robespierre was himself executed and control went to the Directory. This end up being an uncouth and degenerate body, which allowed Napoleon Bonaparte to hold onto power in France and at last become its Emperor. The French Revolution was authoritatively finished when Napoleon pronounced himself to be the Emperor of France (French Revolution. The New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy. Houghton Mifflin). This was a drawn out battle in Mexico that followed the statement of Porfirio Dã az. He was a tyrant who guaranteed that force was moved in the hands of a couple and who bolstered the world class. Pioneers like Francisco Madero, Pancho Villa, Pascual Orozco, and Emiliano Zapata gathered an enormous number of supporters. Hence, in 1911, Madero was made the leader of Mexico. He was executed by Victoriano Huerta, who turned into the despot of Mexico. Notwithstanding, Huerta a tipsy dictator was ousted by the plots of Villa, Carranza and Obregã ³n and Carranza turned into the president in the year 1914. Since, Villa was not pleasant to this, impressive slaughter resulted. Carranza guaranteed that a liberal constitution was composed and embraced in 1917. He had Zapata, a famous worker pioneer, trapped and executed. This prompted a well known rebel against Carranza, who was executed while endeavoring to escape Mexico City. The furious battling nearly reached a conclusion after Obregã ³n came to control. In any case, a couple of conflicts kept on occurring and the progressive time frame finished uniquely in 1934 when Lã ¡zaro Cã ¡rdenas came to control (Mexican Revolution. Britannica Concise Encyclopedia). The American Revolution brought about a free United States of America, though the French Revolution shut down its own national government. The American Revolution affected the French individuals with the thoughts of opportunity and autonomy. The visits of Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson to France during the 1780s elevated the spirits of the French individuals with new trusts in autonomy from oppression. Lord Louis XVI upheld the American Revolution that initiated in 1776 and supported the American provinces in their battle against the British so as to acquire freedom. The King, in any case, neglected to envision that he was introducing his own defeat. The impacts of both the American Revolution and the French Revolution changed the course of the history so that total governments couldn't get by in numerous European nations, which were supplanted calmly with republics and majority rules systems (American Revolution versus French Revolution). The French Revolution turned out to be exceptionally speaking to different countries because of the straightforwardness and comprehensiveness of its destinations. Numerous individuals were enlivened and persuaded by the ideas of â€Å"Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity† that had been premise of the French Revolution. The main uncertain issues identified with the translation and use of these ideas to the social and political milieu. This answer for this issue was given by Karl Marx in his Das Capital, in whose assessment the French Revolution had not been taken to its obvious end result and was along these lines inadequate. His conflict was that however opportunity had been acquired, laborers had been misused and denied of property. The advantages that had emerged because of the French Revolution had neglected to inspire society overall. Karl Marx accepted that the liberation of the general public in its totality was conceivable just if there was a communist or socialist insurgency, which would kill private property and structure an agreeable of makers. During the last phase of this change the state would wilt away as it would stop to have any reason. This last phase of Marx’s hypothesis was like that of the rebels of France, Italy, Russia and Spain (The Revolutionary Idea in the Modern World). The French transformation affected the resulting patriot developments and a portion of these were the 1821 Greek Independence development, the undertaking to achieve modernization in Egypt by Muhammed Ali and in the Ottoman Empire by Selim III and Mahmut II. A few social uprisings of the 1968s had likewise been roused by the French Revolution. Besides, the French Revolution influenced the considering people in the future by empowering them to acknowledge change as typical and cohesively affected the majority in procedure of building the state (Robinson). The Mexican Revolution was an accomplishment in the class of hostile to †state uprisings. It ousted the Diaz system and doused the caudillismo of Huerta and Carranza. It denoted an achievement throughout the entire existence of famous insurgencies and well known power in immature countries. This upheaval exhibited that transformations by local people groups could rise triumphant. It made ready for the ensuing insurgencies against state specialists including both savage and peaceful insubordination. The vast majority of the Latin American governments embraced the standards brought up in the Mexican sacred rule of no re †eleccion. This sacred guideline had not been exposed to any endeavor to revise or cancelation it by any of the Mexican chiefs, resulting to the death of Alvaro Obregon in 1928 (Mexican Revolution). The standards of the upset were bantered by the political and scholastic researchers all through Mexico. The occasions, members and the outcomes of the Revolution were archived by numerous outside creators. For example, John Womack had composed Zapata and the Mexican Revolution, and Friedrich Katz composed Life and Times of Pancho Villa. These works portrayed a protracted and all around recorded report of the occasions of the Revolution. Besides, the delayed consequences and the occasions of the Mexican Revolution keep on impacting Mexican governmental issues just as worldwide arrangements (Mexican Revolution). The main portion of the twentieth century was observer to changes in the Mexican government that were like that of the French Revolution. Each upset comprises of four phases and in the starter stage both Mexico and France confronted issues that were reflected later on. These issues were because of the surviving administration. After this starter stage there happens the subsequent stage comprising of successive uprisings against the administration. In this way, the insurgency enters the third stage, which is portrayed by a lot of choppiness and can along these lines be named as the emergency stage. There were a few occurrences when gore and bedlam won during this emergency stage. The last stage is that of recuperation and in this stage the administrations agree to execute the plans and measures that would incite changes that would profit the individuals. The name of the hypothesis is the Munsell shading hypothesis (Jakobson, Pearson and Robertson, 2008). This hypothesis depends on a model which is three-dimensional. Here each shading contains three traits of tone to be specific- Shade it is simply the shading Worth it decides if the shading is light or dull. Chroma-it is the brightness or immersion of the shading. These three together structure the HVC (shade, worth, and chroma). The hypothesis of the Munsell shading hypothesis can be set up in a numerical scale like structure to get the various tones of a solitary shading conceal. On account of any image or any engineering, the shading to be utilized and the tone to be utilized vary radically. The shading and the tint assume a significant job in the upkeep of a superior blend as far as workmanship and engineering (Ignatov, 2012). In the middle age on the time of the renaissance, the shading mix in the fields of craftsmanship and engineering was exceptionally significant and intense. Various hues and tones were utilized if there should arise an occurrence of painting the canvas or the dividers. The places of worship and different structures had glasses which were shaded or the image was framed by the blend of numerous hues. This sort of bright works of art was for the most part seen in the European nations. Italy was one of the spots of Europe where workmanship and engineering were and still is one of the most exceptional in the entire world. Short Bible stories or episodes from the existence history of Jesus Christ and Mother Mary are found in this style of craftsmanship on the dividers of European nations. Anthony v. Florida - Free Essay Example

Anthony v. Florida was a controversial court case that argued who was to blame for the death of a 3 year old child and the legality of certain types of evidence. This was the first case in Florida that introduced the evidence of decomposition odor analysis, post mortem root banding, and cadaver dog hits. The State of florida presented a well developed theory of premeditated murder, but professionals on both sides of the prosecution and defense conflicted over the acceptance of the states evidence and the states theories relevant to the childs death. On July 15, 2008, Cynthia Anthony calls 911 on her daughter Casey Anthony for stealing a vehicle and money. In another call, Cynthia tells the operator that she learns that her granddaughter, Caylee Anthony, is missing. Cynthia then reports that her daughters car smells like theres been a dead body in the damn car. In a report, Casey Anthony claims that she last saw her daughter Caylee when dropping her off with her nanny. Casey then claimed she was employed by Universal Studios. Investigators searched for the suspected nanny but could not find the nannys whereabouts nor did they find the right apartment Casey claimed the nanny lived in. Investigators soon find out that Casey has not been employed by Universal Studios for about 2 years. George Anthony (Casey Anthonys father) then receives a letter in the mail indicating that the family car was in a tow yard. He went to go pick up the car. Upon inspecting the vehicle, both George and the tow yard manager noticed a smell similar to hum an decomposition. They opened the truck and found a maggot filled bag of garbage which the tow manager threw away. The bag was later recovered and it contained a stained paper towel with a large amount of fly pupa. George brings the vehicle home and the next day Cindy Anthony smells decomposure/rot coming from the vehicle and calls the police. Detectives reveal that they found strands of hair that look like Caylees in the trunk of the Anthony family car. Cadaver dogs also pick up the scent of decomposition. Investigators conducted an air sample test that indicated that there were human remains in the trunk. On July 16, 2008 police arrest Casey Anthony and charge her with neglect of a child, false statements, and the obstruction of a criminal investigation, and inconsistencies in her statements. On July 22, 2008 officials call Casey a person of interest and police immediately began investigating Caseys belongings and continued their search for evidence. Investigators found duct tape located in various places throughout the case. It was found on a gas can owned by Caseys father, on missing child posters, and eventually, on the skull of the child. All of the duct tape found belonged to the same roll. As investigators continued their search for more evidence, they found an elevated presence of chloroform in the trunk. Investigators then acquired a warrant to search Casey Anthonys laptop. It was found that there were searches for chloroform and self defense. Both Casey and Cindy Anthony admitted to searching those words, but Caseys timestamps at work prove the unlikeliness of that occurring. Cindy however, received an email and searched chloroform in regard to an issue with her dogs. an elevated presence of chloroform in the trunk. On October 14, 2008, Casey Anthony is indicted by a grand jury on charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four counts of providing false information to police. On December 11, 2008 a human skull with a piece of duct tape and skeletal remains of a young child are found in a wooded area near the family home by a utility worker. On December 19, 2008, Police announce that the remains have been identified as Caylee Anthony and she is confirmed deceased. On May 24, 2011, Trial begins in Orlando, Florida. The prosecution states that Casey used duct tape to suffocate Caylee Anthony and the defense contends that the child actually drowned in her grandparents swimming pool. The evidence that was admitted into court was the human hair found in trunk of Casey Anthonys vehicle, decomposition detection, presence of chloroform, cyber evidence, and duct tape. The physical evidence was not convincing during the trial because the defense, prosecution, and jury had difficulty with legal issues the evidence had. The human hair evidence that was found in the Anthonys family car trunk did not have a hair root, so extracting tissue DNA would not be precise for identification. The FBI laboratory analysis on the human hair in the trunk of the Anthony family vehicle demonstrated characteristics of decomposition near the end of where the root would be found. Another legal issue was decomposition detection introduced by the prosecutions expert witness Dr. Vass. Dr. Vass found 41 compounds out of 424 that are associated with decomposition in Caseys trunk. The reason odor analysis was disputed was because the Defense Attorneys expert witness Dr. Furton claims that the findings should conclude evidence of decomposition. In an video interview Defense Attorney Jose Baez, Baez claims that the research Dr. Voss is conducting is experimental and is nowhere near ready for a courtroom(Jose Baez 2012). At the time of the trial, odor-analysis techniques were fairly new and it had lack of acceptance from the scientific community. FBI laboratory results found compounds in the air surrounding the trunk are associated with decomposition. One compound that was found were excessive levels of chloroform. The prosecution then moves on to the stained paper towel retrieved from the trash bag that was found in the trunk. The cause of the stain on the towel was grave wax. Grave wax is the breakdown of fat by water in an oxygen deprived environment. This piece of evidence was disputed by the defense because the grave wax found on the towel originated from human fat when there are fatty acids. Another legal issue the evidence presented was the presence of chloroform. The FBI laboratory confirmed there was chloroform in the trunk but investigators could not prove whether it was a result of spilling contents in the trunk carpet, or it came from an alleged decomposing body. The cyber evidence found in Caseys laptop was also contested because investigators could not prove who performed the search for chloroform or self defens e. The prosecution then made a huge mistake in having their expert witness testify that a chloroform making website found on Caseys laptop was visited 84 times. In reality, it was a MySpace website that was visited 84 times. At any rate, the cyber evidence that was presented was incomplete and inaccurate. Over 300 searches were missing, the timings when the searches were made are are off because someone was searching how to make chloroform and the state argued how could someone look up the ingredients of chloroform before knowing how to make it. The final piece of evidence that was largely contested was the duct tape found partly attached to Caylee Anthonys skull. Since the prosecution believed that the duct tape was the murder weapon, they supported their belief by showing an animation in court that had duct tape superimposed on an image of Caylee Anthony to demonstrate that the tape would cover her mouth and nose, leading to suffocation. The defense objected and claimed that the lower jaw was still attached to the skull. They argued that decomposed bodies have the lower jaw detached because connective tissue has decayed. According to their expert witness Dr. Schiltz, it was hair, ingrown roots, and leaf litter that kept the lower jaw connected to the skull. In addition, the fact that the lower jaw was still attached to the skull indicated that the child did not fully decompose in the bag she was found in.

Dracula Essay - 823 Words

Violence and Power Within Draculas Grasp nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Throughout many types of literature, violence exists to enhance the readers interest in order to add a sense of excitement or conflict to a novel. This statement withholds much truthfulness due to the fact that without violence in a piece of literature such as Dracula by Bram Stoker, the plot would not have the same impact if it was lacking violence. Draculas power and evilness led to the violent happenings which began with the conflict of Jonathans inner struggle, as compared to the conflict which blossomed later on with good versus evil. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; One case of violence that had occurred, not just for its own sake, happened in chapter seven,†¦show more content†¦As far fetched as the idea of a man being scared to death may seem, the old man most likely could have been traumatized to this extent in relation to how Mina noted in her journal about quot;Deathquot;, capitalizing the quot;Dquot; in significance to that of some supernatural or higher power. We as readers start to believe that this quot;Deathquot; the old man had seen, could very well be Dracula himself. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Another example of violence transpiring for more than a sole purpose, is through the character of Jonathan Harker. Till the time there is very fast combustion of fossil fuels- it may result in decrease in the resources like coal and petroleum. And thus with this being there main issue and even discussed by board of the company- Mr. Mackenzie has time and again said that if at all they can continue with their current policies and portfolio to match energy demand and also to make sure that the expectations by the society's expectations and by maximizing shareholders returns- Then only its possible for them to survive in this VUCA world. (Hesterly, and Barney, 2015) To get rid of this strategic issue- they are trying to make sure that the media gets their vision correctly that will try to maximize what they have. Uncertainty which is an integral part of any business will continue be so but the BHP Billiton needs to understand that the uncertainty of all of this and this is the biggest issue. BHP Billiton faces vital issues in the business it works with respect to the instability about the genuine state; it impacts and affects the vulnerability about reactions or adequate measures. (Grant, 2015). Moreover this issue is so important because the kind of business the BHP Billiton has it gets affected a lot because of price and all. This issue of the availability of raw materials and all increases so much. There will always be so much of instability in this business of BHP Billiton because of the biggest adjustment in cost of crude material, metallurgical coal, copper, nickel, and so on, at the assembling stage in the present years. (Sethi, Emelianova, 2006) Such materials frames the premise for the mining business and government strategy of changing the cost of the crude material has led to deliberately related confinements. (Walker, 2015) Thus if at all the company wants to play it right and have strategies in place- some things can ruin it pretty badly because of the instability. Change in administration, abroad activities and administrations are the grounds of such complexity prompting key issues. (Gamble and Thompson, 2014) Basic leadership is troublesome because of the way that it is here and there vague which variables are concerned and what is their particular part. Administrators of BHP Billiton are confronting circumstances that have never been confronted before. It is still indistinct in regards to how the political shorter the reality of the situation will become obvious eventually an effect on the mid-term and long haul situations of BHP Billiton choices (Gamble and Thompson, 2014). Why this is the Most Important Issue? This being in reference to AAPs article in The Australian, 2013- BHP challenged over climate strategy and above explanation- the issue of a great important because of its nature. (Rowley, 2011) The climate change and the inability of the board to actually handle the same is quite critical. For a company to run smoothly, its very important to actually have a great leadership team who can look after the shareholders wealth maximization. (Allan,2004) But in a business like that of BHP Billiton, its so difficult because the raw material they need gets affected due to climate change and thus factors that of fossil fuels depleting and loads more comes in picture. (Gordon, 2007) Strategy Options The issues connected with environmental change keep on being a test for governments, groups and industry around the globe. The direness and unpredictability of these issues require reactions from every one of us. BHP Billiton offers the view that the balanced decision is to acknowledge that the standard science is right in indicating high dangers from unmitigated environmental change. They being such a huge group can actually work with the possibility decrease the most exceedingly terrible effects of environmental change, and unmistakably the best advantages will originate from acting early. Organizations together need to handle the kind of change and moreover understand the kind of issue this is. Source: (Grnig, R. and Khn, R., 2015 (pp. 41-52) With the above strategies which can we taken, BHP Billiton has around three strategies to consider 1.Fight against Climate Change and try and maximize potential with the existing resources by increasing vendors and trying to get the maximum output. Companies like BHP Billiton have a huge business which needs to be managed well. But when it comes down environment and climate, there is nothing anybody can do in this. Thus BHP Billiton needs to manage within the resources and find new ways to actually get the maximum output of all this. Moreover BHP can even stand to increase its CSR activities which can they can increase awareness in respect to climate change and a lot more. With this the company can flourish a lot and actually go forward in increasing its presence. As far as the climate change issue is concerned, many companies are hit by the same roadblock and needs to get past it with only one possible factor of fighting against increasing the output with the available inputs. 2.Focus on vendors which can provide you with low cost material- the low cost vendors can provide the materials in low cost which can decrease the operational cost. With no possible option, a company needs to operate on this sort of so called cost leadership because ultimately to continue being a profit making company- it needs to have such strategies. Dunlop who is so worried about the company which is isn't doing enough to prepare for a low-carbon future- thus because of a minimum rise of 4 degrees even- it can vanish mostly the human resource, so thus the company needs to operate on the lines of low carbon usage. Because till the time this doesnt happen, they wont be able to get out of this issue. 3.Different Markets A company needs to find new markets to step their foot in- in order to get past the old already saturated markets. Moreover the kind of business BHP is in- it will obviously effect the very existence of the company, thus its actually high time that BHP gets in touch with new markets and flourish themselves in excess, because till the time BHP doesnt go ahead with this- it wont be possible for the company to actually go ahead with the going concern principal. Companies like BHP who are hit because of climate change, needs to understand that the climate is quite mighty and there should be availability of new markets for them to get into. (BHP Billiton 2013) 4.Diversification or using by products The companies which deals in so many minerals and so much more can always look for strategies which help them make new products from their existing business only. Minerals, ores etc.- all have byproducts which needs to be used in a manner which can be beneficial for the world to have and the company to generate profit. This all is also giving back to the society and can make sure that the world is a better place to live in. Also BHP can cash out the opportunity of being a green company. Races Framework 1st Option- Fighting against Climate Change 2nd Option- Getting Low cost Vendors 3rd Option- Different Markets 4th Option- Diversification in existing markets R- Resource Too much of resources needed but can be done. Still will be a very long process It will be requiring a lot of resources from all the vendors This has abundant resources because new markets are being explored. Same as 2nd option- Limited resources A- Acceptable Yes No- might have protests from supports of no global warming and such businesses Yes NO C- Coherent Yes No because of the nature of the business Yes because new markets will have new products No because of the nature of the business E- Effective Yes NO Yes No S- Sustainable Yes but in less extent No Yes because of new markets and new products which not be related to existing business No Best Strategy Option For the company to keep growing, it should always find new markets so that they can actually work and explore new dimensions. As mentioned above finding new markets is the best strategy which should be used by the company as to make sure that the company stays intact and is able to function besides the major in availability of the resources they used to use. The long haul nature of their operations permits us to fabricate communitarian group connections. Their size and degree mean that they can make an important commitment to groups in which they work. Thus actually making sure that the world still has great chances of having a green future and companies like these wont be using the non- renewable substances more. Also if they so this then they will be able to amplify the financial and social advantages of their operations to add to worldwide monetary improvement, while minimizing their ecological impression, for instance through advancement, profitability and innovation. This not only helps them to protect the environment but also makes them eco- friendly companies. But they need to make sure that they find markets where there is not a possibility of leaving carbon footprints. They indeed have a solid administration forms set up, exclusive expectations of moral and mindful conduct, and also they are a dynamic benefactor to societal improvement. But this all is only possible if they reject all the other options of the strategies i.e., low cost, finding new vendors and using byproducts. If at all they find the new markets which are eco- friendly then its possible for them to actually come above their image of being as a company to use non- renewable resources. If at all they use the byproducts, still they will be able to leave carbon footprints only. Rejecting the cost leadership is because even though besides may be maximizing shareholders wealth it destroys the environment majorly. Same is the reason with byproducts- unless and until you have the actual raw material, you cant have byproducts and thus it affects the kind of environment we have. Over the globe, groups are encountering transformational change monetarily, socially, mechanically what's more, naturally. As these quicken and interconnect, they make open doors for advancement and change. Thus BHP need to make sure that these front line movements and give the assets expected to transform change into positive improvement. Also they dealing in new markets of new sort of products which will be very significant for all phases of monetary development. Rising economies require development materials like cements and etc. which leave less impression as their populaces grow and new urban communities and overwhelming industry create. As economies develop and individuals get to be wealthier, a shopper economy rises and we need more diversified markets which BHP should target for sure. (BHP Annual Report 2010) Conclusion BHP Billiton has the solid business sector position as a result of spread everywhere throughout the worldwide business sector. It is one of the biggest coal maker organizations of the world. The inner environment impacts its way of life specifically and in a roundabout way. It has the diverse procedure that drove the organization and aides in keep up the position in the worldwide business sector. In this manner if BHP Billiton puts incredible endeavors in building association with its new clients, new supplies and so on and make new items it can do ponders for the world to see. On the off chance that gives careful consideration towards the earth by achieving power from reestablishment assets that will help in diminishing the nursery impact. What's more, therefore their primary adage of the organization will be in place which is to give quality in the item and complete fulfillment of the organization. As it has been watched that the main decade of the modern transformation in 21st cen tury has been included by the doubtfulness from numerous points of view. The massive globalization, the ever happening development and developing rivalry, passes on with them the instability, unpredictability and uncertainty. Thus, BHP Billiton needs an extra way to deal with counter the difficulties like that of making sure that they find more and more new markets and ought to develop a methodology, which must be founded on the key arranging.
